The conference will be opened by President of Lithuania, President of Finland Tarja Halonen and the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

This high-level meeting is organized in cooperation with the Council of Women World Leaders, the Community of Democracies, the European Institute of Gender Equality and other international organizations.
